Upon engaging with the app, users are granted the capability to swiftly notify public security agents about various emergencies, including criminal activity, fires, and additional safety or health-related incidents. This is primarily facilitated by SASI's virtual panic button—a dedicated feature allowing for instantaneous communication through various mediums, including text, audio, and photographic evidence. These alerts are disseminated in real time, submitted by various verified users, which ensures a prompt and strategic deployment of the closest emergency units to the scene, fostering an immediate resolution.

Moreover, the game expands beyond its primary emergency functions (190 for military police and 193 for the fire department) by permitting customization options. Users can tailor it to contact other relevant government agencies for both urgent and non-urgent situations. To accommodate diverse communication needs, there is the creation of up to five additional contact channels, thereby enhancing its versatility and applicability in various emergency contexts.
